We expect 2 internal calls in 4Q 2019, 4Q 2020 and support of at least 15 projects.
Eligible projects:
- existing unmet clinical need
- novel approach with the potential of IP protection
- project clear potential for licensing/start up with the proof-of-concept funding
Program new elements :
- New project application template (proposed product/technology, unmet need/problem, current practice, value preposition)
- Quarterly face-to-face control days (milestones, mentoring, crucial decisions, team commitment)
- Close collaboration with technology transfer office (novel approach, IP protection and licensing, legal support)
- Intense marketing of the project home and abroad (international exhibitions, VC presentations, conferences)
- Project internal rating (success/failure/further support and investment)
